Method 1.
Start shopping the website to find the items you wish to add to your registry. You will see a button that looks like this, in the description of every item. Click this button and a new window like this will pop up:

Click the sign up link and you will be able to create a new account. Once your account is created you can continue to add items.

Method 2.
Create an account and provide some basic information for the registry. Once your account has been created, click on the gift registry link.

You can modify basic information to make sure family and friends can find your registry and that your items are shipped to the correct address.

How to add items...
Adding items to your registry is simple. Just look for this in the description of every item. Click the button and a new window will pop up

If you are not already logged into your account just log in and you can add the item to your registry. You will only have to log in once. Go to your next item and repeat the process.

How to view & modify your registry...
Log into your account if you are not already logged in. Go to your gift registry page. From there you can modify your shipping address, add different ways for family and friends to find your registry, delete items, and edit account information.

How to invite family and friends to your registry...
Now that your registry is filled you can easily get the word out to all your family and friends. Log into your account and go to your registry page. On the left column you will find registry announcements.

Here you can bulk email an invitation to family and friends to visit your registry, print out registry cards to add to your invitations, add a link to your custom emails, and if your HTML savvy you can incorporate tags on your website.

How do I delete my registry account?
Once your event is over you can always keep your account open to use for future events. If you do decide to delete your account simply click account info at the top of the registry account page. There you will have the choice to delete your account. You can still continue to shop with us through the website for your personal purchases.

How to find a registry...
Click here to go to the registry search page. Simply type in the first and last name and state of the person you are looking for. A list of registries will come up. Find the right person, click their link, and you will be directed to their registry.

How to purchase from a registry...
Simply click the Buy Online button next to the item you wish to purchase. You will be directed to the item on the website. Add the item(s) the shopping cart. When you are ready, click the checkout button, and the system will walk you through checkout.

You can include the shipping address provided on the registry page or you can provide your own address if you wish to have the item shipped to you. Once you have purchased the item you must mark the item purchased on the registry page to make sure no one else purchases the same item. (example below)

Are items automatically checked off of the person's registry when they are purchased?
No. The gift registry provides the flexibility to purchase items both online and offline. For example, you could decide to go to your local mall to purchase an item listed on the registry. There is no way of automatically tracking such a transaction.

After purchasing a gift off of someone's registry, you will need to come back to their registry to check the item off. (see screenshot above)

Can I get my purchase from Beachcombers gift wrapped?
Yes. During checkout you will be given the option to add gift wrapping as part of the shipping cost. Simply check the box next to the shipping method you choose that offers gift wrap as well (shopbeachcombers.com items only).
