    Thirty Day Return Policy
    You are buying ethnic items online, and we understand that things can be different than you expect. Computer monitors don't always depict color as expected or sizing can be challenging, but whatever the reason, Beachcombers! is happy to accept returns for an exchange, store credit, or refund unless otherwise stated. We'll even ship your exchange back to you at no cost! That means no risk shopping for you.

    For exchanges and returns, we require a notarized signature, blood sample, and... just kidding! Returns and exchanges are easy, but there are a few things to go over so that we can process your exchange or return quickly and accurately.

    For return authorization, you must
    contact us
    within 30 days of receipt of your order. Item(s) must be in new unused condition with all retail packaging. For exchanges, we will ship your exchange back to you at no additional charge (shipping is not covered for international exchanges). Clearance items are a great deal and as such are exchange only. We do not cover any shipping for clearance exchanges. Refunds will be given in form of original payment for purchase price only (shipping and insurance not refunded). Any items not returned as part of kits or packages will be considered a retail purchase and will be deducted from original amount of your order. Return policy does not apply to bulk and special orders.

    Keep in mind, any coupons or specials will not apply to returns unless original terms are still met. For example, if a free shipping promo was used, the order must still meet the free shipping promo terms or the original shipping charges will be deducted from the return amount.

    Package the return or exchange carefully so that it arrives safely. I promise, glass bangles in an envelope, or shoes with a label taped directly to a shoe box will not arrive to us safely. Free Priority boxes are available at the post office (are they great or what?) and be sure to use additional packaging when needed. Shipping damage to Beachcombers is not covered.

    If the return has not been pre-authorized or is not in original condition with all retail packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be charged, so contact us, include the invoice/return form, and package the item safely.

    Sometimes there are special circumstances. Contact us, as we are happy to work with you. Remember, we are human and have feelings too. Sugar will get you further than vinegar and flattery will get you everywhere!

    As much as I'd like to pretend I'm perfect (quite normally I am, you know), we do make mistakes. If you find a mistake (how embarrassing!), please contact us so that we can correct it as soon as possible.

    Finding Shipping & Insurance Rates With Delivery Times

    Beachcombers! makes it easy to find the exact shipping rates and delivery times before checking out. There are two simple ways to find rates and shipping details as you shop the site:

    Individual Item Shipping
    While shopping the website, you will see a "Shipping Calculator" button located on the description page of each item. Click this button and a new popup window will appear. Enter some basic address information and you will get shipping rates, optional insurance rates, and estimated delivery times for that specific item. If you are purchasing more then one item, get combined shipping rates by reading below.



    Combined Shipping
    Once you have completed your shopping and you are ready to checkout, go to the shopping cart page. You will see all your items in your cart. Click the "Calculate" button. A popup window will appear. Enter in some basic address information and up will come your shipping rates for each method of shipping along with optional insurance rates and estimated delivery times. If you have more then one item in your cart the calculator will automatically combine the items and give you a discounted combined shipping and insurance rate.

    Continue through the checkout process. After entering your shipping information, you will once again be shown all your shipping and insurance options. You can change and confirm these rates before payment. Simple.

    For Google Checkout, the process is very similar except that you will be taken to Google's sign in and checkout page. Much of the same information will be displayed for you to confirm before payment.

    Additional Shipping Information

    Beachcombers! uses the United States Postal Service and Fedex for all shipping, domestic and international (payments received Saturday, and Sunday are shipped the following Tuesday). We strive to use the fastest method possible that also allows for the most economical cost.

    All Orders:

    • We ship orders 24-48 hours after payment has been received
      (personal checks require 10 day clearing).
    • Domestic & International First Class and Priority shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery by these methods can be shorter or longer depending on the carrier.
    • Busier shipping times of the year will yield longer delivery time for these methods.
    • Express mail is available during checkout.
    • Tracking is only available with Express shipments.
    • Beachcombers! always combines shipping when possible to save you money.
    • Pickup available at our store Tues-Fri 10-6 Sat 12-4.

    International Orders (Outside U.S.A. & U.S. territories):

    • Delivery for international shipping can be delayed for longer periods of time depending on the customs clearance of your country.
    • International orders may have additional Value Added Tax (VAT), duties, and other fees due. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be prepaid.
    • True value will be marked on all customs forms for international order and invoices will be included.
      For international orders using airmail or Global Priority, tracking may be limited or not available. Please remember that your shipment is dependant on customs clearance in your country and may be delayed for clearance. Only Express shipping offers full tracking.

      Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or prepay these charges. Each country has its own rules and regulations pertaining to customs and duties. Many times notice will be left that the package is being held till said fees are paid and/or a signature of release is required. Contact your customs authority for details.

    How do I return or exchange a purchase?
    To send an item(s) back to Beachcombers for return, exchange, or store credit:

    1. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of order for return authorization.

    Can I check the shipping status of my order online?
    Yes. When your order is shipped out an email is sent to you that will include a delivery confirmation or a tracking number. Please note that delivery confirmation is only available for U.S. residents and is not tracking. Delivery confirmation will not show your shipments current status until it has been delivered. Tracking is only available with U.S. and International Express shipments. You can go to the Fedex or USPS site to check on your shipment.

    Why can't I track my international order?
    Tracking is not available for Global Priority or Standard Airmail. Tracking is available for Global Express only. Global Priority and Airmail are standard services that are handed to your country's postal service from the USPS. Only Global Express offers tracking because the USPS handles delivery all the way to the recipient.

    When do you ship?
    We ship Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We ship your order the next shipping day once your payment is received and cleared. For payments made after 5pm EST Friday-Sunday, we ship the following Tuesday. All Express packages ship the same day or the next day.

    Do you offer other types of shipping methods other then USPS?
    We have found the USPS to offer the best value while providing safe and fast shipment of your order. We do offer FedEx for Express orders. This option and it's pricing can be seen during the checkout process before you pay.

    Will you mark my international order as a gift?
    No. It is unlawful to falsify a customs form. We always mark the true value of your international order on the customs form and include a copy of the invoice for customs.

    Where is my international order?
    All international orders must go through the customs process of your country. Depending on the regulations and workload of your country's Customs Authority, your shipment may be delayed for customs clearance. Please contact your local Customs Authority for details.

    Can I change my payment method after submitting an order?
    You can change your payment method if you have indicated personal check or money order but have not yet sent out your payment. You can click the "edit payment method" button on the order confirmation page to change your payment method. If you have already paid by credit card, the order is complete and no changes to the payment method can be made.

    Can I change my order once submitted?
    Yes, if the order has not been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, you can contact us at 1-866-454-8772 Tues-Fri 10-6 Sat 12-4 EST or email us. Please have your order number ready so that we can reference your order.

    Will sales tax be applied to my order?
    For Florida residents a 6.5% sales tax is applied to the order. No sales tax is charged for any orders outside of Florida.

    How do I best display the website?
    Our website is best viewed at 1024x768 resolution using Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher. Our site will work with Netscape, AOL, Firefox, and Modzilla and others, but some features may not display or work correctly. Each monitor and its settings are different from computer to computer. The colors rendered on your monitor may not reflect the true color of the item. We include a description of the color in each item description. If you are unsure of the color, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you ensure the color is what you are expecting.
    Do you have more pictures of your items?
    Yes. When you click the "click to enlarge" link under the picture on the description page of any item, a gallery window will pop up that will allow you to view all the pictures available in full size.
    If you are purchasing items from eBay, Overstock, Amazon, or any sales venue other then our website, Google Checkout is not available as a payment option. Google is available for website purchases only.

    Google checkout is currently not available in all countries. To see a list of countries click here.
    If you are purchasing from the website and you do not see the Google Checkout button, this is typically due to a cookie that is stored on your computer that is blocking the Google checkout button. You will have to clear your cookies from your computer to remove the cookie that is blocking the checkout button. Unfortunately, at the same time your shopping cart will empty as this clears the cookie that has saved all your items in your shopping cart. You will have to shop the website again and add the items back into your cart.
    For Microsoft Internet Explorer users using version 5 or above, to clear the cookies simply click "Tools" found in the upper left bar of your browser, a drop down menu will appear, click "Internet Options" at the bottom of the drop down menu, a new smaller window will appear, click the delete cookies in the middle of the new smaller window. Depending on how many cookies are stored on your computer this may take from a few seconds to a 1-2 minutes to clear. Once the cookies are clear click "OK" in the smaller window then close the current window that has our website displayed and open a new window and go back to our website to re-shop the site.

    Depending on the child's age some of our items may fit. The smallest khussa size we carry is size 6 with a size available in some cases.
    Our glass bangles are not recommended for children. Glass bangles can and will break from children playing as they are not aware of how delicate the bangles can be. The broken pieces can cut and may be swallowed by small children. For this reason we do not carry child size glass bangles.
    Though our henna is all natural we do not recommend any henna being used on children under six. Never use any type of henna on a baby.
