This year'sΒ ORa henna, harvested in December, is officially in, and we are LOVING it. After a year where the string was a little more reserved, this one came in ready to perform. And when I say perform, I mean smooth paste, crisp lines, and that satisfying bouncy pull we all crave.
That Bouncy String Is Back
String is everything when you are working fast at an event or trying to get clean lines in your work. This crop has an excellent, bouncy string that feels responsive and alive. It pulls beautifully and holds its shape.

We tested it at 80 degrees using lemon juice and saw an 8 hour dye release. Since it was cold in our house, we popped in in a cold oven with the light on and a wood spoon propping the over door open about a 1/4 inch to great a consistent 80-81 degrees.
