Current Shipping Status

  • We are shipping every day, Monday through Friday with no internal delays.
  • International shipping varies by country. We are seeing erratic long delays. If you are ordering internationally, you should assume potentially long delays, but we have no way to estimate this.

    International shipping can be unpredictable, and shipments may experience significant delays. While we dispatch your order promptly within one business day (Monday through Friday), we lack control over the duration of your order's journey once it leaves our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot anticipate or guarantee the absence of delays. Please be prepared for potentially extended shipping times.

    Country Not Listed? Try Parcel Forwarding:
    If your country is not available in the drop-down menu, consider using a Parcel Forwarding Company for shipment. Parcel Forwarding Companies provide a local USA address for us to ship to, forwarding the package to your international location. Even if we do ship to your country, you can still use these services since they are often cheaper.

    How Parcel Forwarding Works:

    • They offer a local USA address which is where we ship your item.
    • They arrange package forwarding to your address.
    • To learn more about these services, use Google to find companies serving your area.
    • We do not endorse or have information about specific Parcel Forwarding Companies.

    Delivery Times

    Deliveries to countries outside the USA can be unpredictable, and we cannot predict their exact timing. The following times are ESTIMATES ONLY and should be used as rough guidelines.

    First Class 12-30 days
    Priority 7-15 days
    Express 3-10 days
    • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
    • Shipping times do not account for customs clearance delays.
    • International orders, including International Express orders, have no guaranteed shipping times.
    • Shipping durations may be extended during holidays, winter, adverse weather conditions, or other postal disturbances.
    • Buyers are responsible for international fees, taxes, VAT, or any related charges.

    Tracking Information

    • Tracking is provided for all shipments.
    • An automatic email with shipping and tracking details is sent when your order ships. You can also find tracking by signing into in your account. Tracking may not be available for the first 24 hours.
    • International orders may or may not have tracking once the order leaves the USA.
    • Occasionally, the post office may miss scanning a package. This is usually corrected the next day.

    If tracking indicates "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, click here to locate it.

      International Shipping Costs

      Shipping costs are automatically calculated before submitting your payment information.

      1. Add items to your cart.
      2. Proceed to the Checkout page.
      3. Click the checkout button.
      4. Enter the shipping address and your shipping options will appear.

      International Taxes and Fees
      Beachcombers can only charge for the shipping cost of your order. We cannot predict, prepay, or collect charges for VAT, customs fees, duties, or any other government-imposed costs on your shipment.

      Recipients are responsible for any duties and taxes on international shipments. Each country has its own customs and duties regulations. If fees are unpaid, a notice may be left, and the package held until payment or a release signature is obtained. For details, contact your local customs authority or post office.

      If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-pickup, or fee non-payment, you will be refunded the order cost MINUS shipping fees.

        International Returns and Exchanges

        • Note that international shipping costs are NOT COVERED for returns or exchanges.
        • For exchanges, additional shipping charges must be paid to ship the new item back to you.
        • The return policy does not apply to bulk and special orders.
