  • We are shipping every day, Monday through Friday with no internal delays.
  • International shipping varies by country. We are seeing erratic long delays. If you are ordering internationally, you should assume potentially long delays, but we have no way to estimate this.

    Free Shipping Offers

    We offer free standard ground shipping for qualifying orders:

    • USA Orders Over $100
    • Florida Orders Over $60
    • USA Military AA, AE, and AP Addresses

    To be eligible for free shipping, the order subtotal must meet the specified minimums before shipping and after discounts.

    Refunds for orders that originally qualified for free shipping will be adjusted for actual shipping costs if the order no longer meets the minimum requirements.

    Our shipping is primarily handled by the United States Post Office, with some express services or heavy packages shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS.

    Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during checkout, as we are not responsible for items returned or held at the post office for pick-up related to incorrect addresses.

    If an order is returned due to non-pickup, an incorrect address, or similar reasons, you can choose to repurchase shipping for reshipment, or we can provide a refund minus the original shipping costs.


    Delivery Timelines

    • Orders ship within one business day Monday-Friday (excluding postal holidays).
    • Same-day shipping for orders placed before 10:00 am EST on weekdays.
    • Electronic delivery confirmation and tracking included with every domestic shipment.

    This means an order placed at 2:00 pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
    An order placed at 9:30 am EST on Tuesday will ship out the same day (Tuesday).

    • Shipping times are estimates; proximity to Orlando, Florida, impacts delivery speed.
    • All days mentioned are business days.
    • Longer shipping times for Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, and US territories; no guaranteed delivery times, including for Express Orders.
    • Delays are possible during holidays, adverse weather, or postal slowdowns.
    • We are not responsible for items held at the post office or issues related to incorrect addresses.
    • Shipping is to the address provided during checkout. If an order is returned due to non-pickup, an incorrect address, or similar reasons, you can choose to repurchase shipping for reshipment, or we can provide a refund minus the original shipping costs.

    Tracking Information

    • Tracking is provided for all USA shipments and most International shipments.
    • An automatic email with shipping and tracking details is sent when your order ships. You can also find tracking by signing into in your account.
    • Tracking may not be available for the first 24 hours.
    • International orders may or may not have tracking once the order leaves the USA.
    • Occasionally, the post office may miss scanning a package. This is usually corrected the next day.

    If tracking indicates "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, click here to locate it.


    Guaranteed Delivery

    Delivery times are carrier estimates. We only guarantee our two express shipping methods. If you need an order by a certain date, contact us to ensure the best delivery option.

    • Express shipping options do NOT include weekends or holidays.
    • For same day shipment, orders need to be placed before 10:00 am EST, excluding weekends and holidays.

    During certain periods, we may offer guaranteed delivery dates, like "by Christmas day." If not delivered by this date, contact us for a shipping cost refund.

    • Guaranteed delivery applies to continental USA orders only (does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Military addresses, or US territories).
    • Cleared payment must be received by 10:00 am EST on stated dates.
    • We are not responsible for unclaimed packages, local post office pick-ups, incorrect addresses, weather delays, or other conditional delays.
    • No reimbursement for free shipping; only shipping costs are reimbursed, not product costs.
    We are not responsible for items held at the post office for pick-up or for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address you provide during checkout. If an order is returned to us for non-pickup, incorrect address, or otherwise, you will have the choice to purchase shipping to have it reshipped to you, or we can refund the order MINUS shipping costs.

    Signature Required

    • Express shipments, and orders over $100, require a signature. In certain cases, orders under $100 may also require a signature, such as for unverified addresses.
    • You can request signature delivery at no extra cost by adding a note during checkout. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave instructions for pick-up or re-delivery.
    • Depending on the carrier, they may hold the package for 5-15 days before returning it.
    • If a package is returned due to a lack of signature, incorrect address, or other reasons, you can choose to repurchase shipping for reshipment or receive a refund MINUS shipping costs.

    Announced Shipping Delays

    Occasional pre-announced shipping delays may occur due to reasons like local weather issues, business conferences, illness, or vacations. Announcements are posted on the website, including the Shopping Cart page.

    • Prior to checkout, any known delays will be clearly communicated on the website.
    • During these rare occurrences, orders are accepted as usual, but shipping is postponed until our return. Detailed information is available on our specials page.

    Additional Details During Shipping Delays:

    • Phone access may be unavailable.
    • Email responses might be slower than usual, but we endeavor to check emails once a day, if possible.
    • Unpredictable weather delays, like hurricanes, may pose additional challenges and delays.
