Busy Season Is Coming: Your Spring Henna Restock Checklist

Spring henna season sneaks up fast. One minute it’s quiet, the next minute your calendar is full and you’re counting cones like they’re gold bars.

If you want a smooth season, prep starts now. Not later. Not β€œafter this one event.” Now.

Here’s what to restock before the spring rush hits.

Henna Powder

If you’re working events regularly, spring is not the time to run low.

Kilos are ideal for busy artists who want consistency and fewer emergency orders. Smaller refill kits work well if you’re balancing events with lighter bookings. Either way, check your supply now, not when you’re down to your last scoop.

If you mix your own henna, make sure you have enough powder to last through multiple weekends. Spring books fast.

Essential Oils

Henna powder without oils is just green dust with dreams.

Make sure you have enough essential oils on hand to mix multiple batches. Running out mid-season slows everything down and forces rushed substitutions, which never ends well.

Pro Packs and Refill Kits are a solid option if you want henna and oils handled in one step and one order.

Cone Making Supplies

This is the part people forget until it’s too late.

Cello flats for cones should be fully stocked before you start rolling. Spring prep usually means rolling dozens, if not hundreds, of cones in advance. Running out halfway through is annoying and completely avoidable.

Tip from experience: buy more than you think you need. You will use it. We also have big discounts on bulk cello. Buy for the year!

Glitter and Extras

Spring clients love sparkle. Festivals, campus events, fairs, they all ask for it.

Restock your glitter colors now so you’re not rationing your favorites or skipping add-ons because supplies ran low. Having a full glitter lineup makes your setup look polished and gives clients more to choose from.

Time to Roll Cones

This is the real secret weapon.

I roll hundreds of cones in February so I’m prepared for the season. When events stack up, I want to focus on designs and clients, not cone production at midnight. Though I mix henna fresh, I do not need to also roll cones while mixing a triple batch for back-to-back events.

Rolling ahead saves time, stress, and last-minute panic. Your stress levels will thank you.

Spring henna season rewards the prepared artist. Restocking early means fewer emergencies, smoother events, and more energy for the fun part, actually doing henna.

If you need henna powder, Pro Packs, refill kits, glitter, or cone supplies, stock up now and get ahead of the rush. BONUS! Buying larger quantities saves you money!

Busy season waits for no one, but you can be ready for it.
