Normally, we only guarantee our two express shipping methods, but we are currently offering "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery". If you order is not delivered by Christmas, contact us for a shipping cost refund.

• Guaranteed delivery applies to continental USA orders only (does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Military addresses, or US territories).
• Cleared payment must be received by 10:00 am EST on stated dates.
• We are not responsible for unclaimed packages, local post office pick-ups, incorrect addresses, weather delays, or other conditional delays.
• No reimbursement for free shipping; only shipping costs are reimbursed, not product costs.

We are not responsible for items held at the post office for pick-up or for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address you provide during checkout. If an order is returned to us for non-pickup, incorrect address, or otherwise, you will have the choice to purchase shipping to have it reshipped to you, or we can refund the order MINUS shipping costs.

Delivery times are carrier estimates. If you need an order by a certain date, contact us to ensure the best delivery option.

• Express shipping options do NOT include weekends or holidays.
• For same day shipment, orders need to be placed before 10:00 am EST, excluding weekends and holidays.
