Big Bad Henna Starter Kit for Beginners

As a visual artist and painter, this kit completely opened the door into henna for me. The Big Bad Henna Starter Kit made learning feel approachable instead of intimidating. Easy to follow book, use henna and evrything

Ive only just started using the starter kit, but so far so good! The elemental henna institutional book is an excellent guide for beginners. I followed instructions carefully which resulted in a lovely stain. For me the bottles and tips were easier to handle than the cones, but practice makes perfect! Jody is also very quick to get back to me answering my many questions during the process. I'm very happy I ordered from her and not the stuff on Amazon!

The transfer paper is great for beginners and also when using the non dominant hand you have a pattern to trace. Has everything you could need to begin.

More than expected!

I have to say I was a little skeptical just because you never know the quality you are getting when you order online. This kit is absolutely amazing though! It did not disappoint, I bought this so I could practice and see if I was any good at this even. The cones are easy to use, there’s a good amount of information so I didn’t have to look anything up online. One of the best things about this
Kit is the smell of the pre-made henna cones. I’ve gotten henna several times before and it always stinks. This does not stink at all it smells so amazing even my 8 year old daughter loves the smell. This is a great kit for me, but also my daughter. She has had a lot of fun learning how to do henna with me. I would definitely order this again and I will definitely be ordering more when I run out!!

Just what I needed!

I was expecting more of a gift kit with a step by step explanations for a 11 yr old? anyway it is a Christmas gift & I ended up just leaving the pieces in the shipping box? so we will soon see what happens? Great reviews so I am sure it will be ok!

I love it! I'm brand new to henna, so it was nice to have the variety of the bottles and cones as well as premixed and powdered henna! I'm still getting the hang of it, but the products seem to be of very good quality and the service was prompt and professional! Will be ordering again!

The pre-made henna is quality. I haven't mixed my own yet, but I'm excited to use the ingredients from the kit. i also like the how-to manual booklet, however, I wish there was more info on tips and tricks of designing (for example, how to hold the cone, pressure on the cone to make thin/thick effect, etc) which I just youtubed to find out. Overall, really happy and def recommend
