I have loved using your products ever since I was introduced to Henna. I don't really write reviews often (usually only you). I like to review your products because I feel you are genuinely interested in your customer's feedback.
The problem with the soft squeeze bottle was because of how soft it was, the thread part of the bottle was also easy to squeeze. When using I would find the ease of squeezing the bottle great, but then the bottle neck would also start to indent. This caused a space between the bottle neck and the needle top piece, causing henna to squeeze out between the two pieces.
Loved the idea, loved the ease of the squeeze ( : but in the end the product itself I think didn't work as well as it should.
